It has been tagged the <strong>Apple iMac<\/strong> <strong>rival<\/strong>. The Huawei Matebook X Pro is a laptop with better and improved designs than its predecessors. It has also been tagged as an alternative to the <strong>Apple MacBook<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article, we&#8217;ll see if the <strong>Huawei Matestation X<\/strong> and the <strong>Matebook X Pro<\/strong> are actually worth the hype they&#8217;ve been getting since their release by looking at their respective specs. This machine packs an amazing <strong>28.2 inch<\/strong> IPS LCD display screen with a 3840 x 2560p resolution, a refresh rate of 60Hz, and a 3:2 aspect ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has a screen-to-body ratio of <strong>92%<\/strong> and reaches a maximum screen brightness of <strong>500NITS<\/strong>. It has a wonderful display screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CPU wise, this desktop comes in variations of either <strong>AMD Ryzen 5 5600H Processor<\/strong> or <strong>AMD Ryzen 7 5800H<\/strong> processor and the CPU has a base frequency of <strong>3.1Ghz<\/strong> and a boost frequency of <strong>4.1GHz<\/strong>. It also features an integrated <strong>AMD Radeon Graphics<\/strong> <strong>card<\/strong> GPU which helps with improved performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This monitor comes out of the box with <strong>16GB DDR4 RAM<\/strong> with a clock speed of <strong>3200MHz<\/strong>, and a <strong>512GB NVMe SSD<\/strong>. For ports, it comes with one <strong>microphone<\/strong> and <strong>headset jack<\/strong>, two <strong>USB Type-C<\/strong> ports, and two <strong>USB Type-A<\/strong> ports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the Matestation X comes with a <strong>wireless keyboard<\/strong>, one <strong>mouse<\/strong>, and one <strong>AC power cord<\/strong>. It is beautiful! This laptop comes with a <strong>14.2 inch 3120 x 2080p LTPS LCD<\/strong> display screen with a refresh rate of <strong>90Hz<\/strong>, an aspect ratio of <strong>3:2<\/strong>, and a screen-to-body ratio of <strong>92%<\/strong>. It reaches a maximum screen brightness of <strong>500 NITS<\/strong> and supports HDR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For CPU, it features an <strong>Intel Core i7 1195G7<\/strong> with a base frequency of <strong>1.3-2.9 GHz<\/strong> and a boost frequency of <strong>5 GHz<\/strong>. For GPU, it comes with an <strong>Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RAM and storage wise, it features a <strong>16GB LPDDR4X RAM<\/strong> that reaches a clock speed of <strong>4266 MHz<\/strong> and features <strong>1TB<\/strong> of <strong>SSD NVMe storage<\/strong>. It also comes with a <strong>Windows 11<\/strong> operating system out the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For ports and connectivity, it comes with a <strong>720p webcam, Wi-fi 6.0, Bluetooth 5.0, 4 USB Type-C ports<\/strong>, and <strong>an audio jack<\/strong>. However, It doesn&#8217;t come with an HDMI port, a USB Type-A port, a display port, and an Ethernet. The webcam is actually quite low for any flagship laptop but should still be decent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, this laptop comes with 4 microphones and 6 speakers. The Huawei Matebook X Pro will be selling at a price range of $1900-$2500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"are-they-really-worth-the-hype\" class=\"is-style-cnvs-heading-numbered wp-block-heading\">Are They Really Worth The Hype?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article, we have looked at the specs of these machines and from the looks of things, we can say they are actually worth the hype. Or let&#8217;s say the Matestation X, <strong>yes<\/strong>. But the Matebook X Pro, not so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Huawei Matestation X is a great all-in-one desktop and can be said to arguably be the best all-in-one monitor that runs on windows currently. It&#8217;s not completely as great as the Apple iMac if we&#8217;re being honest but it&#8217;s really close. I guess we can say It&#8217;s worth the price <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Huawei Matebook X Pro, on the other hand, is also a very nice laptop with impressive specs <strong>but<\/strong> for that price, you&#8217;ll probably expect more. It&#8217;s kind of overpriced. You&#8217;d get a laptop with better performance for a cheaper price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>It still doesn&#8217;t rule out the fact that it&#8217;s a very nice laptop anyways.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>One common thing about these two machines to take note of is that they are really good for work. They&#8217;ll do great at multi-tasking or handling heavy-duty tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you should buy either of these machines depends on your budget or what you&#8217;re looking for in a PC. Although, I wouldn&#8217;t exactly call them budget PCs to be honest. Well if you don&#8217;t intend to play really high demanding games and just want to play casual or low demanding games. Then you shouldn&#8217;t have a problem. But if you have the intention of playing current flagship games or need a monitor just for gaming, then this is not the PC for you. For a price range of $2500 -$3000, you&#8217;ll get some of the best gaming PCs for even lesser.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"faq-question-1646389887929\" class=\"rank-math-list-item\">\n<h3 id=\"is-the-huawei-matestation-x-great-for-work\" class=\"rank-math-question \">Is The Huawei Matestation X Great For Work?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"rank-math-answer \">\n\n<p><strong>Yes!!!!!<\/strong> This is a great desktop for all kinds of work. it&#8217;ll handle every one of your tasks efficiently without any kind of hiccups. Apart from the fact that it&#8217;ll look really elegant and great on your office desk, it&#8217;ll also perform great.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"faq-question-1646389907039\" class=\"rank-math-list-item\">\n<h3 id=\"is-the-huawei-matebook-x-pro-great-for-gaming\" class=\"rank-math-question \">Is The Huawei Matebook X Pro Great For Gaming?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"rank-math-answer \">\n\n<p>Oh <strong>No<\/strong>. <strong>It&#8217;s not<\/strong>. You do not want this as your gaming laptop. This laptop is more of a working laptop. But for gaming, not so much. If you&#8217;re a professional gamer, you shouldn&#8217;t even consider this laptop. However, this laptop is somewhat over-priced and you can get a laptop for work that&#8217;ll offer the same level of performance at a cheaper price.
